1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and vip7 ("vip7," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://vip7.bio and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is legal under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. vip7 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Process. To create a vip7 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the vip7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. vip7 employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vip7 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual and to forfeit any balances held therein.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, vip7 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include any valid Philippine government-issued photo ID: passport, driver's licence, SSS card, PhilHealth card, Postal ID, or UMID. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.1 Security Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip7 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify vip7 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. vip7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use arises from your failure to maintain appropriate security precautions.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to maintain accurate and current personal information in your vip7 account at all times. vip7 reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be materially false, outdated, or incomplete.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. vip7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required by PAGCOR or applicable law, or where continued operation of the account would pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, vip7 is legally required to report such matters to the relevant Philippine authorities.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. vip7 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before any administrative action is taken. Applicable dormancy handling procedures are governed by PAGCOR guidelines in force at the relevant time.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vip7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at vip7's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring the payment method they use is registered in their own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your vip7 wallet in real time or as quickly as the relevant payment provider's systems allow. vip7 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or digital wallet provider are your responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved on your account. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary based on payment provider availability, system load, and compliance review requirements. vip7 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Consistency. To the extent technically supported by the relevant payment provider, vip7 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
4.5 Refused Transactions. vip7 reserves the right to refuse or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or any other activity that would breach applicable law or PAGCOR requirements.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the vip7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vip7 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by vip7 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being voided.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. vip7 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of any players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering solely on high-RTP outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures, or any other conduct that vip7 in its reasonable discretion determines constitutes exploitation of a promotion.
5.4 Promotion Modification. vip7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith will not have that bonus retroactively voided due to a promotion modification, provided they are complying with the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
5.5 One Promotion Per Household. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. vip7 reserves the right to limit promotion availability based on these criteria.
6.1 Game Availability. vip7 offers a range of online games including but not limited to live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), JILI slot titles, online bingo, arcade fishing games, virtual sabong, video poker, and table game variants. The availability of specific games may change from time to time at vip7's discretion or at the direction of game providers.
6.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-powered games available on vip7 use game engines that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party auditors. The integrity of game outcomes is verified through PAGCOR's oversight process. No outcome in any RNG-powered game on vip7 can be manipulated by the Platform or any of its employees.
6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure affecting a game, vip7 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any bets placed to the relevant player accounts. vip7 shall not be liable for any winnings that result from a technical error or software malfunction, and reserves the right to correct any such erroneous payouts.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify vip7 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. vip7 will investigate the complaint using game log data and, where applicable, provider audit records. The findings of this investigation are final and binding, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
6.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained croupiers in a controlled studio environment. Game records are preserved and auditable. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, game recordings and log data will be reviewed.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

9.1 All content on the vip7 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphic design, logos, trademarks, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of vip7 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without vip7's prior written consent.
9.3 Game titles, provider logos, and related trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used by vip7 under licence. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in game content from the relevant provider to you or to vip7.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vip7 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings resulting from technical failures beyond vip7's reasonable control.
10.2 vip7's aggregate liability to any single player for any direct damages arising from the use of the Platform shall not, in any calendar year, exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the same calendar year.
10.3 vip7 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. vip7 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
10.4 Nothing in this clause limits vip7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 vip7 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at https://vip7.bio/privacy-policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
11.2 By registering a vip7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with PAGCOR reporting requirements.
11.3 vip7 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for platform operation (e.g., payment processors, identity verification services) or legally required by PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory bodies.
12.1 vip7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the contact information on their account (email or registered mobile number) and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform at login, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.
12.3 The version of the Terms in force at any given time is the version published at https://vip7.bio/terms-conditions with the corresponding effective date shown at the top of the document.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Internal Dispute Process. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the vip7 Platform, you are required to first contact vip7 support through the live chat channel available on the Platform. vip7 commits to providing a substantive written response to all formally submitted complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through vip7's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution mechanism. vip7 is legally obligated to participate in and cooperate with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute review.
13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process, any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
